April 12 | San Ignacio

Travel to Belize City International Airport (airport code: BZE). We kindly ask that you land by 3p. Exit the airport and transfer to the hotel in San Ignacio via private transfer. Drop your bags and unwind!

April 13 | San Ignacio

A morning of adventure to discover Belize via (delicious) Maya chocolate making and take in the view on top of Xunantunich Maya Temple.

April 14 | San Ignacio

Participate in the Women in Business Workshop with local Belize Chapter, Network Internacional de Mujeres Empresarias (NIME). An intimate opportunity to professionally connect with global women in business.

April 15 | San Pedro, Ambergris Caye

We hop in our private transfer to the Belize Municipal Airport in Belize City to hop on a puddle jumper flight via Tropic Air. The puddle jumper flights are the perfect perspective to take in the beautiful Caribbean Sea and islands on our way to Ambergris Caye.

April 16-18 | San Pedro, Ambergris Caye

These days are full of relaxation and we encourage you to go at your own pace: massages, cultural dance workshop, small group work, snorkeling, and beach time!

April 19 | Departures

Getting to the airport from the caye is a breeze. We genuinely hope you had a relaxing, impactful time in Belize. Depart at any time via Tropic Air directly to the Belize City International Airport for your flight.

Join a half-day Women in Business workshop with the International Network of Women in Business (Belize & Guatemala chapter)!

This is an incredible opportunity to intimately meet global women in business. The workshop will consist of local speakers, small group discussions, and networking to discuss and engage on personal and professional topics with professionals from Belize & Guatemala.

Xunantunich, also known as “Stone Lady,” is grand. Walk on the hand-crank bridge to cross the Mopan River and enjoy a guided tour of the second tallest Maya temple in Belize. Enjoy the 360º view of Belize and Guatemala from the top!

Our accommodations will be on the beach and will serve local, healthy meals. The island has several unique locations for meals out on the caye, and is the perfect location within Belize to explore the Belize Barrier Reef. The pristine national park within the reef, Hol Chan Marine Reserve, is a short boat ride from the beach.

  • Retreat Includes: All lodging, meals, transfers, Women in Business in Belize entry and workshop costs, guided morning yoga, community of like-minded global business women, travel support prior to and during retreat, etc.

  • Not included: excursions (all excursions are optional), baggage fees, incidentals, travel insurance, alcohol
